The enterprise platform: moderated sessions, a very large panel, and the analysis layer the big teams use. More than most of us need at this stage, and worth knowing when you get there. No referral, nothing in it for me.
One user, ten minutes
Before either tool: put the thing in front of one user who has never seen it, say nothing, and write down where they got stuck. It costs a coffee and it is still the highest signal test I know.
